WHITE PIGEON TOWNSHIP, MI (WKZO AM/FM) – Two men from Illinois have been killed in a crash in White Pigeon Township.
The St. Joseph County Sheriff’s Office says deputies responded to the crash Saturday at the intersection of Eagley and Lake roads.
A vehicle driven by a 68-year-old man from Riverside, Illinois with a 75-year-old male passenger from Orland Park was turning onto Eagley Road when they were hit by a vehicle driven by a 37-year-old White Pigeon woman.
The two men were pronounced dead at the scene, and she was taken to Three Rivers Health with non-life-threatening injuries.
Deputies believe speed was a factor in the crash, which remains under investigation.
No names have been released.
