DOWAGIAC, MI (WKZO AM/FM) – A class action lawsuit has been filed in federal court against Alliance Cloud Services, the owner of Hyperscale Data Center in Dowagiac.
Neighbors like Mitchell Gourley say the constant noise from the data center has become a problem.
Gourley says the noise emitted from the facility has made it so he can’t even go outside to play in the yard with his son.
The Hyperscale Data Center has been in the community for the past four years and the residents who have sued all live within a mile of the center.
