KALAMAZOO, MI (WKZO AM/FM) – The Kalamazoo Valley Enforcement Team and Crime Reduction Team have arrested a 31-year-old man on several felony charges.
Kalamazoo Public Safety officials say they arrested him on Portage Street near East Alcott Street Thursday about a half-mile away from his home.
They then found a loaded handgun, around two-ounces of cocaine, cash believed to be drug sale profits, and drug manufacturing and distribution evidence when they searched his home.
He has prior felony convictions and is not allowed to own a gun or ammunition.
