KALAMAZOO, MI (WKZO AM/FM) – Kalamazoo Public Safety officers arrested a man on Tuesday when they pulled him over after seeing someone put a firearm in his vehicle.
The arrest happened around 3:30 Tuesday afternoon on Bosker Street near Cobb Avenue, and the man was found to have a stolen handgun, an automatic conversion switch, a large bottle of suspected oxycodone pills, and several bags of marijuana that were packaged to be distributed.
He also had over $1,700 in cash in the vehicle.
He is in the Kalamazoo County Jail on charges of resisting and obstructing officers, narcotics, and weapons.
