COMSTOCK TOWNSHIP, MI (WKZO AM/FM) – Fired Comstock Township Superintendent Scott Hess will receive a payout of over $412,000.
The township board approved the payment this week, two weeks after Hess was dismissed without cause.
The payment represents a car stipend and the rest of his contract.
A township resident has filed a lawsuit challenging the firing of Hess, and a hearing is scheduled for August 1st.
