Emma Navarro crushed fellow American Ann Li 6-1, 6-3 on Friday to advance to the Internationaux de Strasbourg final against top-seeded Victoria Mboko in France.
Navarro saved seven of eight break points and converted five of eight break chances, finishing the WTA 500 clay-court semifinal in 77 minutes. She will be seeking her third career title and first since the Merida Open in Mexico in March 2025.
Mboko needed two hours and 52 minutes to complete a 7-6 (3), 3-6, 6-2 victory over Romania’s Jaqueline Cristian, overcoming 4-1 and 5-2 deficits in the opening set. The 19-year-old Canadian is also looking for her third title and first since the Hong Kong Open last November.

No. 6 seed Petra Marcinko of Croatia will meet unseeded Ukrainian Anhelina Kalinina in Saturday’s championship match in Rabat, Morocco.
Marcinko defeated Switzerland’s Jil Teichmann 7-6 (2), 6-3 in the semifinal of the WTA 250 clay-court tournament. She won 83.3% of the points on her first serve (30 of 36), struck four aces and converted five of 10 break points in the one-hour, 45-minute match.
Kalinina will be seeking her maiden WTA Tour title after posting a 6-0, 6-3 win in 60 minutes against seventh-seeded Panna Udvardy of Hungary. Kalinina never faced a break point and converted five of eight break chances.
