ALLEGAN, MI (WKZO AM/FM) – Perrigo CEO Patrick Lockwood-Taylor has resigned as the company’s president and chief executive effective immediately.
Lockwood-Taylor stepped down amid allegations of misconduct that company officials say was not directly related to their business, operations, or financial reporting.
In a statement, Perrigo says the resignation “follows a determination by the Board of Directors that certain personal conduct by Mr. Lockwood-Taylor was not consistent with the Company’s Code of Conduct and core values.”
Albert Manzone has been appointed as the interim CEO while a search is underway.
